Training camp: Are you tough enough?

I woke up this morning feeling like the world was against me. I sat crying for a moment, because all that I had planned was not happening as I thought it would.  I learned a while ago never to question God about the bad things that happen in our lives. Not to ask “why me”.

It is a privilege to be a chosen child of God. The question I asked this morning was “Lord, what are you preparing me for?” The Issues that come up in life are battles for the greater purpose of our lives. There is a greater plan and purpose for your life that God has to prepare you for. He tells us not to fear because he already prepared a way for us out of the storm. It is up to you to hold on and endure until your breakthrough.

I know it’s easier said than done. Trust me I know. But i also know of the loving God that holds us in his hand. That planned a wonderful future for us if we endure. He is making us  stronger and wiser.

You will get through whatever you’re going through. When the storm passes, you will be able to look back to see why those things happened. You will see how they helped bring you to the next chapter of your life.

“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”John 16:33

Love,
